A mixture of cornstarch and regular flour makes really fluffy and crunchy fried fish or chicken fingers. Panko makes the crunchiest fried goods ever. Yummo.

Using cornflour made no sense, just regular flour would do a better job.

I prefer salmon goujons! If you like salmon (which I adore!) you'll love them. Same techniqhe, different fish :)

This is only part of an episode, at the end of the show she has them on the table with her guests. It was just to keep them warm until she served them.
