This movie came out in 1993??? Why does it look so old? Is it just the quality of the clip, or does the original look like this too? I would have guessed that this movie was older....

@JessFeser No, it's not the same actress. This movie came out in 1993. Daveigh Chase, who voiced Lilo and who played Samara in the American version of The Ring, was born in 1990. The actress who plays Heidi in this movie is named Noley Thornton.
