His brother. They were in an AWESOME band called Goldrush in the 80's. Tommy played drums.

I am all in favor of TE and PE touring together through the USA... I think they might be thinking about it next year... lets keep bugging em about it and just maybe we might have an Emmanuel Family Reunion tour! Phil's daughter Jesse also is a helluva singer/guitar player... so the whole fam-damily can entertain us all at once... AGAIN. :-)
