Two of six recently built towers in a small town. The one on the water tower is by a school. The other is in a residental part of town. They maybe some sort of cellphone towers but Im not sure. Pleas respond if you can help identify these towers

the digital rollover has to do with the changing of the flicker rate on TVs, plus alot can be transmitted digitally right before billions of eyes.

Thank You for giving me this info, after a little research I now have a further understanding of what these things do. There has been no Black Plague or cancer to my knowledge but a serious Flu season. My concern is the Water Tower that is also located by a school. The frequncies used in mobile telecommunication are very unsafe.

These are not cell phone towers. This is ridiculous. Think of 10 years ago when everyone had cell phones. These were nowhere in sight. Suddenly ever since they began chemtrailing large urban areas in 2004, these began popping up everywhere. I see these about every 1/4 mile in L.A., S.F. Phoenix, etc.

Many water towers or even fake trees are not as they seem due to the public outcry when they put them up.
