sweet tank, but if you dont mind me mentioning...a little much on the bubbles, also that breeder tank ruins the whole "natural look" so give the fry some steroids so they can grow and you can take away that thing

@crazyita dude/dudette, the water is stained a bit because of the tannins from the bogwood (and the peat in the filter) :|

Beautful tank, do you need a special substrate for your amazon swords? judging from the bubbles I assume you dont use Co2

you're right i don't use co2 but amazon swords don't benefit a lot from co2. better provide a substrate of fine sand enriched with clay tablets (combine the red with the beige ones)

Betta's are not suitable for such a small tank, this is a common misunderstanding!
NO fish can be kept in 1 gallon, how in godsname are you gonna keep such a small amount of water stable in terms of water parameters?
You can keep cherry shrimp in there, but you're gonna have your hands full on such a small tank. lots of maintenance, lots of water changes, are you up for that?
Just get a bigger tank, much more to enjoy, less maintenance required.

angelfish need a bigger tank than I have. they are shoaling fish and need to be with 5 as a minimum. you'll need 130x60x60 (cm) minimum for that, and my tank is only 100x40x50 (cm).
