its definitely new order just played a bit slower than usual - i think its very early new order probably just after ians passing - must have been heartbreaking to play it so soon after.

There is a version with Ian on vocals. Haven't heard it in years, but I know that Ian's vocals are muffled throughout, and the overall track quality is not nearly as good as the New Order single version.
