The costumes in this film are really beautiful and look sort of contempary,especially the black gown.Sofia coppola and the crew did a brilliant job and if people are going to criticize this film,they should look up somthing called artistic licence

Its at all not about jpeg or raw!!.. I guarantee she is not shooting JPEG for high-end work like this...format means camera (neg/sensor)formats...In this clip she is seen using two formats...at 0:19 she is shooting with a medium format mamiya RZ 6x7 with with a polaroid back, then she is shooting with a full frame 35mm DLSR...(in this case a Canon 1DsMkii) then she switches again to the Mamiya 6x7. She is shooting color neg (film) with the RZ after checking exposure etc with the Polaroid back.
