@ahumikesac It's the Bent-Over Row (BOR) the way Dorian Yates does it. There's also a Pendlay Row, named after Glenn Pendlay. There's also an Arnold Press, named after.. you guessed it.. Arnold.

There is no fucking exercise called the yates row... It's just what DY did when the weights were insanely heavy achieving lesser shoulder extension because his back wasn't parallel....
The legitimate exercise is known as the Bent over barbell row where the back is very close to parallel to the floor...
