don't get me wrong, intel makes great stuff, but when you look at a certain price range, and compare intel vs amd, who wins in that category? 75% of the time, amd wins, you get more bang for you buck. sorry for being a smart consumer, not a retard.

i use amd, but i have used intel, amd is cheaper, and thats the only reason they have such economic headway on intel. intel outperforms per dollar, but amd is significantly cheaper for the same frequency and multicore

actually, the i5 was the first intel in a long time to offer more performance at the same price range. before the i5 it was amd's game for best for its price. intel does make the top best mac daddy of processors.

amd is definitely cheaper and I have used amd since the old "amd family" processors, old 1ghz. the computer i had before that was intel. But now, amd is stepping up. I mean look at those 5000 series gfx. fantastic technology. amd is stepping up its game.
