  • Check out Weston A Price foundation and their diet recommendations for TTC, pregnancy and nursing women. They suggest good quality, organic, grass fed butter for lots of vitamins and good fats.

    Thank you for the info. I just read an article about a Yale research study about Vitamin D and infertility. I am Vitamin D deficient; however, until I saw this article, I had no idea that it could be affecting my fertility. I have started boosting my Vitamin D – hoping for that BFP! ~Kirstie
