Alright I've been editing for less than a week so go easy on me, and these are just a few leftover clips from what Jesse is saving. Give me some feedback and some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Don't leave shitty comments because they'll just get deleted.

I personally like the Phurion Guide to making a montage, the rest is on your own, but thats for Vegas, there is none for AAE

I plan on doing angles but it was just a trailer and I put this together in like 4 - 5 hours, half of that time being me just learning new stuff. The other half being the text effects.

there is such thing as overediting, try not to use the same thing more than 3 times, mess around with the tranisitions, blend your editing, kind of mix it up etc. etc.well onto the gameplay, i recommend angles..They help, idk why but they just do

Well I did the text effects here with AAE and I can use Sony Vegas pretty well I obviously don't know everything about it but as soon as I learn something I pick up on more complex stuff. AAE just gives you way more options and effects.

Don't start off with AAE, i've been editing for over a year and AAE is still hard.. Go get Sony Vegas its more user friendly and easier

Also, I'm trying to find someone familiar with after effects so I can get some help with that, because I've figured out Vegas fine on my own and I'll pick that up easier as I go, but AAE is fuckin hard.
