  • @Godtv83 I know how you feel, my husband's family only speaks Arabic. Thankfully I have Tunsian friends in France who taught me how to make couscous while I was living there. Since I made this video I've been actually living in Tunisia and have learned a bit more about the cuisine. (and a bit of Arabic) Good luck and I hope you learn some Arabic or French to better communicate with your inlaws. : )

  • Alright, I made couscous from this video once and I am about to make it again! It was delicious! Thanks so much for patiently explaining how to work the grains I think that is the most difficult part :-)

  • @Perel2010 Thanks for your comments. I'm so glad that you found the video helpful. : )

  • Thank you for posting this I am American and my husband is Tunisian. I have been trying to find ways to make an authentic Tunisian couscous, I have tried to watch his sisters but they don't speak English and I don't speak French or Arabic. So it's been a little bit hard for me to learn. Your video is great and very informative!

  • thanks! I'll try it this weekend.

  • i love tunisian couscous the best :p
