This was one of those cartoon cartoons bumpers when the characters stick there head out of the letter o and say ''cartoon cartoons''. This is the one that was used for I am Weasel. Bumpers like this from what i've read were used on Cartoon Network from 1999 up until 2003 when they stopped using Cartoon Cartoon Fridays.
