The intro is an effect, a delay pedal used by Paul Gilbert in recording.
This is probably the only genuinely accurate chart your going to find.

Now THIS is a good chart... although there are VERY minimal mistakes in the note-chord decoding... ;) the intro solo isn't even possible to play on the guitar, and it's just a delayed sound sped up...
