This is NOT a model railroad display, but real-life in Toronto, Sunday morning. Via and Ontario Northland trains readying for the day's trips across Canada and to Ontario north. The GO transit trains parked on one side of the yard, appear to be waiting for the rush hours come Monday. An oldie Waterloo St Jacobs engine is also parked, in the rear part of the yard. This aint the busy yards as of most cosmopolitan cities, and that is why Via tickets to travel across this land, vast that it is, is somewhat expensive, even at 50% off. Still, a train is a train is a train! Note the two Beyond The Sea condo buildings in the near background, the pointy towered buildings. I have a 1-bedroom for sale, in there!.
willow brook yard will be soon the new don yard for cn rail since the old don yard is gone it's now a go transit staging area
