shutup moron, that was pes6, pes2009 is a much better game obivously and no doubt pes will advance we just need to give the developers more time.

since PES 4 the game had become more and more arcade. CPU cheats heavy with ball going through bodies and legs.
konami said it before in pes 6, that team mates would spot gaps and run into spaces - but all they did was bump into each other and stumble across the pitch like a bunch of drunken hobos.
the ai was so bad in pes 6 that it actually made me want to bomb japan.

they propably will be, i dont see why not, but they wont be fully liscensed for sure, check pes 2009 on wikipedia, it gives you a list of fully liscensced national team, i hope that answers your question
