Adding a vignette to an image in Photoshop CS3

Here is a quick and easy way to add a custom vignette to an image using Photoshop CS3. I do not claim that this is the best way, but it is simple and easy to understand for most everyone. Be sure to check out our newer Photoshop tutorials for other tips!
