Yep, Free, and if that's not enough, the money he's already spent on these cars (there's close to 100 cars, most are not shown in this scene, they are in 4 other garages too) the money he's spent to aquire these cars has all been earned back from intrest on his money and so these cars didn't cost him a single shinny penny.
