I love the opening lines of this song! So perfectly expresses the dilemma of the new guy filling in someone else's shoes. John looks and sounds so lonely telling his story and then the song widens to include all of us-brilliant!

Elefante never ever got the credit he deserved. He's a great singer. He is still writing great music and singing it. Do yourself a favor and look him up. If you "just believe" is a great song.

the Kansas Vinyl Confessions album was like one of the first records I ever bought. I love it, still listen to it often, but I got a CD so I don't wear the vinyl out.
