It the world of programming, the .xx numbers are the current build. For instance, .83 is build 8, version 3 indicating its a beta. the .85 would indicate that its a full build release beyond .75 Its more likely a .85 would release over an .8x version.

There isn't a verified date yet. Who knows if they will even release it (don't see why they wouldn't though). They could just make another firmware instead of this. The leaked firmware before this was 4.7.0.83, and they never released that (or haven't yet), and just went ahead and made 4.7.0.85. :)
