I try to be quite helpful, They're not afraid mainly because it's the movies, But yeah, A bullet out of a 50.0 cal machine gun, on fire or not, It's gonna feel the same, Instant death, They're not that common during day fire, but in movies, they add them cause they're just that damned cool to look at flying out over the ocean or desert and actually seeing the bullet hit the guy and come out the other side just adds the "awesome" factor into the shot, You get what I mean? because im out of letrs

Hey dude. That was very explainatory, thanks alot, but I'm wondering, Why do some combat movies show the tracers randomly, and noone being afraid of them when there getting close?

I'll get this one for you, Tracer Bullets are normal bullets laced in a chemical that burns out extremely bright, so when the bullet is fired, the friction form the air as it leaves the barrel, heats the chemical and it glows as it fires, Army's use it at night so that when you shoot at someone, your friendly's know where to shoot at.
