I think there isnt any particular perfect Romaji, you can write it how you want I guess. Like here we use a Dutch type of Romaji. Like Shintoism gets Sjintoïsme, no Japanese would understand it, but its so that we can understand how to pronounce it now if the Japanese would understand it. So everbody can use a different kind of Romaji for Japanese words, as long as you understand it.
