Chris makes individual meat-loafs flavored with his favorite barbecue sauce. The meat loaf is cooked in a bain-marie with a layer of bacon acting as a cover. He cooks the meat-loaf in a pan surrounded with water which keeps the meat very tender and doesn't burn the bottom. He serves the loaves with a large baked potato over-flowing with butter and cheese. The swiss chard brings a much needed vegetable to the dish

  • This looks soooo yummy. It makes me feel like getting into cooking. I don't think I've ever had swiss chard, but it looks great. Oh, and I've never seen anyone prepare the bake potato that way before. Great ideas! :)
