It is well known, and genetically proven, that many Palestinians are from Jewish decent - Jews who stayed in the land of Israel and converted to Islam over the centuries. Some maintained customs and knowledge that tied them to Judaism. A few are openly declaring their Jewish origins. Some actually want to return to the Jewish people.

I'm not saying the settlers are innocent but the Arabs also act the same way if not worse.If the Arab women were watching their kids more this wouldn't be happening. @2haveaniceday But like in secular law, maybe driving over 50kmph is illegal and that may apply to any vehicle even a future one that looks like a UFO and flies and isn't called a car. So in that acase, the law is flexible there, but to drive a car at 51kmph would break the law. So in that sense it's not flexible. Jewish law can't be changed. I suppose Like many religions, it develops and becomes somewhat canonized and then you're stuck with it.

to be technical philosophical, there is no 1 judaism or 1 islam or 1 christianity.. only intepretations/understandings of it. Of believing ones, Orthodox Judaism is one, Karaite Judaism is another held by a tiny minority. Orthodox judaism has a legal system.. that applies for all time. Laws related to selling your cow if it represents any item you own, could apply to your computer.
