  • And this was the one Mig played for Marian Faithfull, with who I spent evening, the night before last, when she was in Finland.

    She was one of the best friends of my dead ex-wife, and I got known to her through her. And.. I think this is a classic.. Ok, this is how it goes.. This is a ballad.. And Mig played this for Marian when he still tried to drag that relationship together, when it was breaking in hands.. Like it did later....

    Here is some rock history for you.. For you youngster i can tell that this song was written in the late 60s. The chorus has been stolen directly from one of the shakespears plays, where they say "White horses could not drag me away".
