The 8800GT is better, the 3870 is a little cheaper.

If you can, get the 9800GT or the HD4850, because they are newer and better.

dont forget that nvidia has that 90 day thing

i think that if a better gfx card gets the same price you can trade it in 90 days

although sellers are the most important, it also depends in countries: in some countries pc parts can be more expensive

Well, it really depends on the sellers, I bought a 9800 GT for 119 bucks afer rebate and 8800 GT for 150.
