I just read this bookand finished watching the movie today. THE BEST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ!! Well.. I dont really read due to dyslexia. but.. I tried. I love Darry and Dallas :) and Johnny and Pony :D AND TWO BIT<3 hehe i love all of them. WONDERFUL AWESOMEST MOVIE EVER

This book was seriously so life-changing. The movie was amazing too. But I read this two years ago and watched the movie right after, and I'm still in love with it. I remember I had to read it for school and I didn't want to. But after I started it I never wanted to stop. When I finished, I went out and bought it and read the whole thing over again that day. It's the best book I've ever read, and that's the best movie I've ever seen. S.E Hinton is an AMAZING author.

does anyone else have a hard time believing that S.E. Hinton was only 15 to 16 when she wrote the book? that's just about the most amazing thing that i have ever heard.

The fact that the same director that directed The Godfather Trilogy, Coppola's done a really good job with this one too. Too bad the movies nowadays came no where near as good as the classics
