I was hesitant to accept her as Gwen at first 'cause she didn't look much like her, I pictured Gwen's actress being more slender. But I after seeing her in the movie, I honestly can't think of a better Gwen, she had her character down perfectly.

example, her skirt is so loose & drape-like, rather than tight & slender. The "live" version of Gwen also seems to sport an over-confident attitude (due to her physical body language).
The original version of Gwen is a tough cookie, but she is mature, calm,sophisticated & elegant. I don't know, I'm not saying she's a total mismatch. I'm just saying they could've done better image-wise. I don't like the ponytail look & her face is a little more roundish/chubby (it should be more slender).
