  • @evangrogers SPENDING HAPPENS IF YOU PAY FOR "TAX CUTS", IT IS CALLED "DEFICIT SPENDING" IF YOU DON'T & PUT IN ON THE GOVERNMENT CREDIT CARD. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS. NOT MY PROBLEM. YOUR PROBLEM LIES WITH REALITY ITSELF. GOOD LUCK!

  • @StuffButter "ideally"? No, factually. Tax cuts for the top 3% add budget deficit. If you are against government spending, or deficit spending, you are against these cuts. The capital gains cut I would leave in place since almost EVERYONE has a 401k nowadays. Besides, JFK & Reagan didn't have today's post depression/deepest recession in US history to deal with...

  • @jfn1103 reality & economic facts disagree with your irrational premise. You are a Ron Paul Libertarian from your channel. Good luck with that. I'm not in a mood to discuss reality itself with you since you start from a historically dishonest false fallacy premise. Stay classy!

  • @Bolgernow i really hope that you are not advocating that FDR and keynes did ANY good...

  • I'm proud of this true, American patriot, Rand Paul, for his honesty and his fine intellect. The son of Ron Paul, currently running for president 2012, has the political savvy and know-how like his father to actually do what all others promises to do and has not.

  • Rand Paul is a true Constitutional Republican for all of America. Still, there will be those elements within society, decidedly left-leaning, who will call foul on smaller govt. But I say, it is time that the U.S. govt. be reined in.

  • @SlammoFandango it is available...how do you think they got it? They are not politicans on the inside, they are a watchdog group and one you should be very familiar with if you are even remotely close to being a legit Tea Partier.

I know them because I used to be a Tea Partier back when it was under Ron Paul...you know, when they actually had Libertarian ideas that were not tied down to what corporations actually want...like they are now.

  • @rdrakken Okay, I'll wait for "pig book's" complete compilation, but in the meantime my assumption is that the information, though not reported in committee of course, would still be availabe to anyone who was looking and since Paul has stuck his neck out, someone other than 'pig book' would have already taken a chop at it by now if spending associated with him could be classified as an 'earmark'.

  • @SlammoFandango Nope. No one is being confused for a Republican. The non tea party republicans have their own list and the list is not complete. You will see a full list by the end of last week, Rand Paul will be on it, he is not on the current list because they dont have his total yet.

The group providing the "pig book" is one of the main backers of the tea party movement and they have no reason to try to make those they helped to elect look worse than they do on their own.

  • @rdrakken Yeah, I've seen some of the initial reports of Republicans requesting upwards of a Billion in earmarks. It seems like the current talking point is to refer to Republicans requesting earmarks as the 'Tea Party Caucus'...The strange thing is no such thing as the TP Caucus and I don't see Paul's name listed with those Republicans requesting earmarks...could it be a typo...or could he actually be doing what he said he would?

  • @SlammoFandango Hey how about that first session eh? Only 746 earmark requests made by people elected by the Tea Party and when you add in all other Republican requested earmarks it was only just over 30% HIGHER than what Democrats requested.

So hows that hopey changy thing working for ya eh? wink wink.

Make sure you vote for Palin in 2012...

  • @rdrakken This is a problem that can be found in almost every single sector of business. Add in the INSANE amount of greed, the massive ignorance of the people, the inability to speak to one another about REAL issues, the media's change to a format of controversy over information...we are falling apart.

And not one single person that was elected on any side is speaking about the fundamental issues this nation has...only typical scare tactics about things that wont save this nation.
