Rappers should adjust at 30 and start thinking about retirement at 35.Very few rappers can do it at 40 plus..

It doesn't seem to me that hip hop is ever going to come to the point where you will have older rappers still making music, its always going to be the artform of the younger generation. It doesn't seem that it will ever be like country music, an artform where once the artists gains the type of acclaim, they can make music til they die pretty much. Hip hop is youth driven, and the younger generation will always come along and push the older generation aside. Well, It seems that way to me.
