dont mean to burst ur bubble but... theres gotta be a mirror in front of u.. and it looks like a window in front of u when u turned around and i can tell that is dark outside, time must be before bed time right? so... it seems like a reflection of light a car muat of been driving by with headlighta on light enters through the window and hits the mirror reflects it back to the glass of the window causing it to shine..
