I live in the east midlands, in a big house that would cost about 3 million down the smoke. the life

style here is amazing compared to life in the home counties, i worked down there for a while, and was relived to be home after 3 years, it takes me 10 mins to get to work, from the picture post card village i live in, no train crush for me. im home and in the bath for 6,pm...sod the lot of yer....lol p.s. what mortgage? i owe no one owt.

Some excellent observations, Robert. It's about time someone pointed out the obvious, that the North is much better for building up physical, emotional and moral strength than the South. No doubt all the southern softies will be crying about the falls in house prices and the value of the pound. Good. We in the North are used to such things. We know all about getting shafted. Since we all live in council houses and go to Butlins for our holidays, these things will not affect us. Keep it up.

nice to see you back lordy, ive been looking out for you in the port for ages now but without such luck. you should really get out more lordy, you cant beat the fresh air of the port, fresh from our beloved industrial chimneys! oh yes, once youve left the good old port for a few days and the pollution level in your bloodstream reduces, youve just gotta go back for more, oh yes. it would make my day to bump into you at the check out in wilkos or home bargains sometime, oh yes.
