Okay so I made the videos now I am just editing the clips and finding a place to upload them. The video is too long for YouTube unless I do parts which I don't want to, but might have to :(

:) Unfortunately I haven't found a way to do this with PS3 yet. Everything works the same on PS3 but I can only get 480i when playing and streaming at the same time.
