3:43, not necessarily true. I left one first year programme of study at Kingston Uni in 2009 and started the first year at Roehampton last year. Even though I left Kingston before December and so didn't pay tuition fees at Kingston, I was refused a loan for my first year at Roehampton and had to find the £3000 myself. If I'd had to find £8000 I simply could not have afforded to come. My academic aspirations would have ended there.
