they tried to sell me phone service when you called to get my internet working. I told them, why the heck would i by phone service if i you can't even get my internet working. then he says they are online 99percent of the time, which i don't agree with cause my service is always down. i think they just have lazy or unskilled installers to be honest..

@meintsd They told me when it gets cold the amplifier outside overheats! They got the issue resolved but they're internet is a snail compared to Cox!
