Awesome. Amazing freaking contest. Congratulations to both men, especially Kobashi for winning the match. Just another example that Japan delivers the best wrestling competition in the world. Hail Japan.

During Kobashi's 2 year run with the NOAH Heavyweight belt, this was my favorite title defense. Nagata looked very strong in defeat and it helped cement his status as a legit ace for NJPW at the same time.
