@faridzayish a guitar shop will be able to trim the saddle down for you. but classical guitars are generally higher action than acoustics and electrics

i have c40m, the action is too high. does it suppose to be like that on all c40m or c40?

You are a beginner with rasgueado which is a flamenco technique but you are good with other technique.

No offense, mate, but shouldn't you have said anything about the guitar other than the fact you had it as a kid? Is it something that will last beyond beginner stage? Are there better options at that price? How is the setup & playability out of the box?
