Yankees, curses, and Ortiz' shirt! Who's superstitious now?

It is perhaps the most superstitious sport in the world. Players don't step on foul lines, wash "lucky" equipment, or talk about a hot streak, for fear of ruining their good fortunes. It's a sport that causes mature, able-minded, people to spend millions of dollars buying books, and watching movies, about a supposed curse handed down by a fat man who had been dead for over 50 years.

When the New York Yankees unearthed a Red Sox jersey from two feet of concrete at the construction site of their new ball park, it seemed to mark a shift in the landscape and demographic of baseball's superstitious fan base.

In this week's Sus Deportes/Boston Latino collaboration, Gil Matos, Greg Molina, and Cesar Doza discuss how the Yaankees, not the REd Sox, are now the ones trying to avoid any misfortune brought upon by "curses."
