That 0.41 point definitely requires 4wd, a long wheelbase vehicle like that pickup truck or my Jeep Unlimited, and *good tires and lockers* to get over without wheelspin. This may be one of the few times it's easier to go east-to-west than west-to-east over Mengel Pass.

Oh my god.... this brings make such horrid nightmare. A very well planned trip that went wront any every turn came to a boiling point when we reached that first rough rock spot at 0:41. That tire spinning on the rocks makes me cringe. We got to that rock point only to realize our driver didn't know his truck wasn't 4WD. 6 hours later, some kind off-roaders pulled us up and over.
