[Android is the best]

You, sir, are a genius. If only iOS could have the features you have shown in this concept, I would maybe consider buying an iPad. I wish Apple could hire you to show them how to make real innovation, which they fail to understand

Look at iOS and Android. The main problem of Android was lack of smoothness like on WP7& iOS, and the main problem of iOS was lack of functionality. Android is now catching up on smoothness with Jellybean, and what's Apple doing about improving functionality? Nothing.

It's all an opinion because if it really was "the best" it would be outselling iOS. But it's not.

MissionBoard is Mission Control, sort of.

The NotificationCenter tweak is called Flowtation. It makes the NC behind the home screen/current app.

You can make Card Switcher look sort of like Mission Control.

The flipcons and notifications are (sadly) not in Cydia, to my knowledge.
