IRLI is set up as a legal defense organization for the immigration reform movement. It is up to the courts to interpret the law, and IRLI takes up cases and causes that others won't.

Mr. Hethmon discusses their recent efforts, the Hazleton ordinance, anti-sanctuary ordinances, pioneering immigration reform in Georgia, followed by Colorado and Oklahoma.
