  • You know - you NEVER have anything but complaints. These early videos were recorded with only a webcam mic. I am sick of your fucking asshole comments dude so you are now kicked off and banned for good. So fuck you.

  • My dad got Jeff Beck's guitar strings during of Jeff's concerts. Jeff ripped the strings off his guitar and gave them to my dad. Then my dad said "No gimme your guitar!" and Jeff just laughed. I wish I could have seen him play back then.

  • @pebberbrown I find it amusing that WIKI has published this as JEFF doesnt even play drums so he DID NOT create the drum beat for the song! What a comical farce!

So many interviews with different freaks - all saying different shit. Now where is the actual interview with BECK with words out of HIS MOUTH??? EH???

  • @atomic3939 Heres what WIKI says:Jeff Beck created the original drum beat while in the studio with Wonder. After writing the song Wonder offered it to Beck to record, but at the insistence of Berry Gordy Wonder himself recorded it first.[4] Beck was instead offered "Cause We've Ended As Lovers," which he recorded on Blow by Blow in 1975. Jeff Beck played guitar on Talking Book and later recorded his own version of "Superstition" as a part of Beck, Bogert & Appice.

  • @atomic3939 I have read them all - nowhere does he say that!

  • @pebberbrown Jeff has said this several times in interviews he has given over the years.

  • @atomic3939 Ohh you know this for a fact eh? Based on?

  • @plectroman From what i understand....Stevie DID give the song to Beck. However....someone in Stevies band or management heard Stevie playing the song and INSISTED that Stevie release it as a single....after he promised it to Beck. He never said he didn't like Becks version....in fact...i don't think he had even heard it yet. Jeff DID get a bit irritated that Stevie released it after he said he could have it.

  • wicked piece Pebber man..Love the stpry u tell with the piece u play..like how u play with pic and fingers 2gther..big respect my friend..crackin' vids as always man!

  • @afzpuppet not "pepper"

  • @plectroman I could probably find a hard copy of the original interview, i never throw out old music mags, however that would mean going in the basement, and my girlfriend did that a couple of years ago, and i haven't seen her since.

  • @pebberbrown Pebber...I found a reference to the situation in Pro Sound News. Curtis Berry's "Behind the magic:The Recording of Stevie Wonder's Superstition. It's easy to find if you want to google it.
