Still looking for the full video footage? It aired on public television in the early 1980s, and I've heard that it exists.... but I can't fine it anywhere!

99.9% of all union represented shows are recorded for historical purposes (even small town union theaters do it too) . It's more likely in a library somewhere, where only accredited professionals have access to it.

...the clips of Bowie in this make me want to do whatever I can to see this whole reel :D
