C R I N G E. I've never see this It ain't good and why would the haromony sisters sing this in unison. At least harmonize the bridge. plus its out of tune. Mabye that's the joke they're singing about. Well... everyone is entitled to a bad day and a band choice now and again.

Ditto - I'm a HUGE fan, but must say they blew it on this one. Soooooooo many other covers they could have chosen and have chosen and done better!! Surprised the (non-Roche) audience was as kind as they were.

I never thought I'd have to say this about the Roches, but the Bee Gees version sounds better. They don't seem to know how to harmonize others' songs like they do their own.
On the other hand, this places the song in a whole new context - I don't imagine the Bee Gees ever thought of it as being about Western culture as a whole.
