  • @Frasch21 Oops I thought I replied to this already. The dyno that I use for all my runs is a low reading Mustang dyno owned by GST Motorsports. Stock evos make 220-230whp on this dyno. If I were to put my car on a DynoJet, I think it will be at 500whp since they read higher.

On 91 the BBK made 350whp on this Mustang dyno, so the E85 gave me about 80whp and about 60wtq.

  • Are you sure your around 430hp? Seems like you should be closer to 450-500hp..I have a few less mods then you and I am running a old FP Green and Im at 400/400 at 30psi on e85

  • @CL0SETGEEK Well I know that they are more consistent and faster than a manually shifted car. Also keeps both of your hands on the wheel, which in theory provides more control during those shifting events. Something just feels like it's missing and disconnected without a clutch and manual gearbox. Something more fun about it.

It's the same reason I don't see myself ever getting an R35 GTR in it's current form.

  • random question: how do you feel about paddle shifters in sports cars?

  • @CL0SETGEEK Haha...Hwy 80 in Mexico of course :) Just playing around during the week when I was supposed to be working LOL

  • HWY 80?
