@heatherheartsriverp The first week I lost 4 pounds but I thought it was water weight, so to make sure it wasn't just water weight I stayed at it for a month and I lost about 17 pounds. You get a great workout and your heart rate up which burns calories/fat. I mostly did the core workout which is the second part of this workout because I couldn't do the first and third since they were to hard for me, but now I do all three. If you stay at it you can see some pretty darn good results like I did.

Jackie actually goes by the motto that abs are made in the kitchen. She usually doesn't do core work...
I looove squats. Next goal is 150 lbs (I'm 120).
