Yes, it does look like most of these accidents are not the T's fault. People cut busses off all the time, bus will start to pull away from a bus stop and jerks will just cut the bus off and make a right turn down a street or driveway.

Oh yea,they get it poppin up here on Mass Transit.Witness it first hand Tuesday with a green line train full of ghetto folk showing there true colours and it was not pretty.No Class..

Hmmm, in a few of these, it would appear the negligence was on the part of the other driver, but sadly many of these are outright idiotic accidents...

@crazzychristo003 yeah it also depends which route bus you are going on, cause if taking buses down to J.P, Dorcherster, Mataphan expect to see lunatics and grown ass adults acting retarded on the buses trust me seen on these buses before and sometimes the drivers dont give a shit about the situation.
