my dad deployed with the recon platoon of 2-162 from 2003 to 2005 and when i showed him this video he was very proud. At the time he was senior sniper staff srgt. kevin maries now he is the state marksmenship coordinater for the oregon guard. he still recognizes people in this video although he is no longer with 2-162 he is very proud to has served with them thank you so much colinbeatty and the foo fighters for doing this. It makes me proud to be a part of this country. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!

Good video. I remember you guys at Patrol Base Volunteer in Rusafa district, Baghdad. I commend 2/162. Superbly well done tour, from Baghdad to Fallujah and Karbala during 1st Iraq general election. Read "Baghdad at Sunrise" by Col. Monsour and "Devil's Sandbox."I believe there are 2 dvds devoted to 2/162.
