This is a passionate appeal the problem is people use causes like this to end all legal private ownership of fire arms. The people who support this hate that the United States allows it's citizens to own weapons. How that will help end genocide in other parts of the world I have no idea. Cutting off arms won't stop these conflict, and people are always talking about symptoms rather than the cure which is much harder to establish.
