Jovenes del Barrio, grupo de Johnny Almendra. Interpretan el tema americano "Stop Slow Down" en la Central del Jazz, si recuerdo es en 1997. Que rico la ponen esta gente a ritmo de charanga...3 violines, flauta, trombon, armonia y percusion completa. Johnny Almendra (director/timbales), Karen Joseph (flauta) que hoy en dia es integrante de Palmieri, observen lo que hace la cantante Gillian (vocales) y el cubano (trombonista) Juan Pablo Torres. No olviden sus comentarios y ratings.

  • CD is call "Evolucionando", you should be able to get this item through amazon. The original release was approx. in 1995-96. Good luck. By the way, don't believe everything Eddie says.

  • Esta cabron ese trombonista, tiene un sonido unico en el trombon. Su expresion con el jazz esta perfecta, aparte que le pone un toque de cubania.

  • Jillian por siempre tu música nos inspirará, en lo particular me encanta esta agrupación ya desaparacida, como muchos de los músicos en escena. Aún recuerdo cuando escuché por primera vez ´´Telephone``, me enamoré de tu voz tan exquisita, tu forma tan elegante de interpretar. En este mismo programa estuvo José Alberto´´El Canario`` cantando ´´ Baila que Baila``. Un abrazo desde Chile.
